Reporting of W-2 Data

A W-2, Wage and Tax Statement for each employee must be submitted to the PA Department of Revenue by January 31, following the year of compensation or thirty days from the termination of business, if the business terminated during the calendar year.  Employers can file their employees W-2 data via Magnetic Media, CD or online through e-TIDES.
